Because our popcorn is a perishable, hand-crafted product, all sales are generally final.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter production (typically within 12 hours of purchase).
